BAD GUY: Elliot Vaughn

REASONS: Like most rich scumbags, Vaughn just cared about himself. He did whatever it took to obtain glory for himself, including kill Montgomery Wick's wife. When it came time to save Annie and Wick knew the only way for her to live was for him and Vaughn to go down, Vaughn's reply was "NO! NO! NO!" He gets the 9 for being a coward.
